Withdrawal within 14 days

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after your order. During that time you can withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. Business customers do not have this right.

This is a translation of the Dutch page herroepen. If the two versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.

1. How to withdraw

Send an email to info@daylit.nl clearly stating that you withdraw from the agreement. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You receive an email confirming that we have received your withdrawal.

You are in time if you send your message before the 14 days have passed. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the agreement is concluded.

2. Refund

We refund you within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Did you ask us to start straight away when ordering, so that your site was already online during the cooling-off period? Then you only pay for the days the service was already available to you. We keep that amount and refund the rest.

After the withdrawal we stop the service and delete the data on your hosting, as described in article 15 of the terms and conditions. So download anything you want to keep first.
